Returns Policy

General Return Policy

No refunds after 30 days. All returned parts must be in their original, undamaged packaging and must include a copy of your invoice.

If your order did not include the VIN, there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered.

The following items are non-returnable: airbags, electrical components, fuel system parts, high-performance parts, racing parts, previously installed parts, and special-ordered parts. These items cannot be restocked.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply when a part was ordered incorrectly or is no longer needed. Restocking fees are applied case by case, depending on the part and manufacturer guidelines.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If a part is defective, damaged, or we shipped the incorrect item, return shipping is free and we will send the correct replacement at no cost.

Defective or incorrect items must still be returned for inspection in their original packaging before credit or replacement is issued.

Return Procedure

Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any merchandise.

Include your order number and “Return Authorization” in the subject line.

Returns will not be accepted without an RA#.

Parts must be uninstalled and in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging.
Include a copy of the proof of purchase invoice.
All shipments must be prepaid. COD and freight-collect shipments will be refused.
If requirements are not met, parts may be scrapped or returned at the customer’s expense.

Core Policy

Some parts include a refundable core charge, which is credited once the old part is returned and approved.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on core returns, including return freight if a return label is provided.

A core handling fee may apply to core returns. This fee covers inspection, processing, packaging, and administrative costs associated with handling the returned core. The core handling fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the core refund.

Core returns must be assembled, clean, complete, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled until they have shipped and are no longer in our possession.

If a canceled part was special-ordered, a return fee of up to 20% may apply.
